Firstly, would you please let me know if you receive our samples?
Regarding the samples I sent to you, I am sorry to advise you the pitch distance is not 96mm, because there are no samples available in our normal product if you need 96mm in such long handle. But I am sure we can make them exactly as your size when they are produced!
